Current research interests

Conformal cyclic cosmology

- A model that gives a cause for the Big Bang and explains how it could have had a low entropy as required by the 2nd law of thermodynamics, while simultaneously being in near thermal equilibrium.

Experimental mathematics

- Using computer programs to try to understand unpredictable mathematical structures like integer sequences and fractals.

Foundations of Quantum Mechanics

- QM lacks a clear ontological basis and is formulated in probabilistic terms, which is strange.
